"Release the
fumes" (Head Priestess of Gloria)
At the words of the Head Priestess, the
young temple maiden slowly poured the <Seeing Water> over the
smoothing fire. The <Seeing Water> became a thick white smoke
that rose in the room, toward a vent in the cieling.
The figure of an old woman clad in
white bulged from the circular balcony above the fire, helped by two
temple maidens. The old woman deeply breathe in the thick white
smoke, and gently lay on the floor.
"... Winds of change. ... A
newborn female child. ... Fernern village. ..." (Seer)
The old woman is a seer of Gloria.
Smoke from the <Seeing Water> trigger visions, that a scribe
carefuly write down. The smoke has the side effect of clouding the
mind, so the words coming from the Seer are cryptic at best.
This time was different. It must have
been a very clear vision, Geneva thought.
"!!! Cataclysm!!! Child of
Prophecy!!! Choosen One!!!" (Seer)
All attendants in the room froze as the
Seer lost consciousness and collapsed.
"Carlotta! Tends to the Seer.
Geneva, write down everything! Move!!!" (Head Priestess)
The frozen attendants quickly recovered
and sprung in motion at the powerful words of the head priestess.
"Head priestess. I've finished
writing the holy words." (Geneva)
"Hand over the parchment. Sister
Stella, go inform the Knight Order. They are to prepare for a sortie
immediatly. Scribe Geneva, write down my words. The Knight Order is
to leave for this Fernern Village, secure it and find either a new
born child or a pregnant woman. After that they are to await for
further orders from the church." (Head Priestess)
